Ingredients

50 Grammes Almonds
100 Grammes Butter
1 Teacup Curds
50 Grammes Currants
50 Grammes Plums
2 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina"
1 Teacup Sugar

Method

Blanch almonds, (when almonds are placed in water overnight, the skins can be peeled off. This is called blanching). Slice the almonds. Wash the plums and currants, and wipe them dry. Dip them in dry flour and remove them.

Beat well the curds, sugar and butter. Add Soji, little at a time, and mix well. Add the almonds, currants and plums and mix.

Put the mixture in a baking dish, lined with butter, and place it in the oven. Bake till the cake is brown.
