For Dosas and Idlis

| 1/2 | Inch | Ginger | For grinding |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Mustard Seed | for seasoning |
| 1 | Small | Onion | For grinding |
| A | Little | Salt | to taste |
| A | Ball | Tamarind | For grinding |
Grind ingredients with sufficient water to get a thick consistency.
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil, and fry one teaspoon mustard seeds, some curry
leaves, when done, add the ground coconut paste, and add water if needed and
salt to taste.
Use it with Dosas. or Idlis.
