Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. add egg yolks and beat well.
gradually add orange and lemon juices, sift together flour and baking powder and
add it to the butter and sugar mixture. fold in egg white.
Pour the mixture in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree
Centigrade for 45 minutes. sprinkle castor sugar and decorate with fresh fruits
of your choice.
