Remove the skins of the bananas, (over ripe bananas are better) - and mix all
the above ingredients in a little water and make a dough.
In a deep fry pan, heat the cooking oil nicely, and then put spoonful of batter
in the boiling oil and dry, till they turn brown. Remove in a perforated ladle,
and keep on a wicker basket, lined with paper towels.
