522    Angoor (Grapes) Lassi

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
3 Tablespoon Sugar  
1 Teacup Grapes - seedless Chopped
2 Teacup Curds  
2 Teacup Water chilled
1 Teaspoon Mint Leaves (Pudina) chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder  
1/4 Teaspoon Rose Essence  

Method

1) Blend thoroughly the following ingredients: plain yogurt , water, sugar, cumin powder and rose water in a blender. And remove. 

2) In a separate bowl add the chopped grapes with the beaten yogurt and mix thoroughly. 

3) Serve chilled in tall glasses garnished with the mint leaves.
