567    Eggs on Spinach

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
2 Nos Eggs  
1 Tablespoon Ghee for frying
1 Medium Onion sliced
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder  
  As Required Salt to taste
2 Bundles Spinach (Palak)  

Method

Clean and wash the spinach. Boil it with one sliced onion. Put the pepper powder and salt. After boiling, remove the spinach and in a frying pan put the ghee and heat it. Put the spinach and fry. Beat the two eggs and pour on the spinach till the eggs are set.
