681    Chocolate Fudge - East Indian

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence  
1 Teaspoon Butter  
1/2 Liter Milk  
200 Grammes Sugar  
50 Grammes Walnut To be added last.
25 Grammes Chocolate Raw or two level tablespoon cocoa

Method

Mix all the ingredients, and cook till it leaves the sides. Add the walnuts when done partly. Add essence and pour on a oiled tray. Either set it outside, or refrigerate. Cut into neat squares.

Mix cocoa in cold milk. Do not add directly.
