200 Grammes Cabbage - Green Cut in slices
200 Grammes Carrots Pared and cut in slices
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For seasoning
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed For seasoning
1 Medium Onion Siced, For seasoning
  As Required Salt To taste

Method

Clean the vegetables and cut them for cooking. In a vessel boil the vegetables and when done, make a seasoning of oil and sliced onion with mustard and add the cooked vegetables to it. You can add some scraped coconut if you like.  Add salt to taste.
