Method
1. Beat the egg, and then the yolk.
2. Gradually add sugar and then the sour milk.
3. Mix and sift the dry ingredients, and stir with the flour. Add this flour to the egg mixture. and mix thoroughly.
4. Turn out on a floured board, and knead. Use more flour, if the dough is sticky.
5. Roll out to one inch thickness, and cut with a dough nut cutter.
6. Fry in hot oil, and remove and drain on a brown paper.
7. Roll in sugar and serve.
