Hariyali Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients
400 Grams Paneer (Indian home made cheese)
1 Teacup Curds
2 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer)
1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
4 Medium Chillies Green
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
30 Grams Garlic (Lason, Losun)
0.5 Teaspoon Garam-Masala
1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 Salt-Spoon Salt

Method

1.Chop Paneer into big pieces.

2. In a vessel take minced coriander leaves, minced mint leaves and to it add Curd/Yogurt, salt, chaat masala powder, Garam Masala Powder and lemon juice. Mix well and grind coarsely into a paste.

3. Pour in little oil and blend together.

4. Add Paneer pieces and mix lightly. Marinate it for ½ hour.

5. Place the Paneer pieces on skewers over a dish containing the other ingredients, and cook in an oven on high temperature.

6. Serve hot.
