Method
Peel the tomatoes and puree them in a mixer into a pulp. In a cooking vessel, keep the pulp, water, sliced onions, ginger, jeera smashed, and boil for half an hour. Strain, the tomato puree.
Heat ghee in a vessel, and when hot, brown half sliced onion, then sprinkle flour in it. Stir, till the flour turns brown, then add the tomato puree.
Stir, and boil well till it is thick. Add pepper powder and salt to taste.
