Making of the Lollypop:
Wash the wings thoroughly and wipe them dry with a kitchen towel. Hold each wing, and break it at the joint.
Pull back the meat from the joint end of the bone to the other carefully, making sure that you do not pull the meat completely out.
Grind the mixed masala -
Use the ingredients marked "Minced Masala" if you use Kashmir chilly powder, you can obtain bright red colour.
Prepare the batter
Use the all purpose flour and corn flour with a little water, and mix it with the paste made of minced masala and mix all in the egg broken in a bowl, and blend nicely. Add salt to taste, and allow it to set for some time.
Put the lollypops in this mixture, and coat them well.
Frying
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the lollipops on medium heat till the meat is fully fried.
Remove with a perforated ladle, and keep the lollypots, in a dish, covered with a clean kitchen paper towel which will absorb the excess oil.
The Lollypops are ready to be served.
