Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
100 Grams Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Roast on a thawa and powder it
50 Grams Kuskus - poppy seeds Roast on a thawa and powder it
50 Grams Pepper Powder Roast and add
250 Grams Water Boil and mix

 

Method

Roast the Jeera and kukus on a thawa and pound it with a pestle. Add pepper powder.    Boil in one and a half cup of water and lower the flame after it has come to a boil, and simmer for a few minutes.   After putting the stove off, allow it to cool a little, and strain it through a muslim cloth, and use it as a beverage.
