Ingredients

Quantity Measure  Ingredient Name Description
10 Nos Pooris Ready Made  
1 Teacup Shev - Readymade  
1/2 Teacup Onions chopped
1/2 Teacup Curds  
3 Tablespoon Tamarind Pulp make chutney
3 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) Chopped fine make chutney
1/2 Teacup Potatoes Boiled, peeled and cubed
1 Tablespoon Chaat Masala  
1/2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder  

Method

* Arrange the puris on a plate make a hole in each puri in the centre.
* Fill with a few chopped boiled potato cubes.
* Add about 1/4 tsp of tamarind and green chutneys in each.
* Sprinkle cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder.
* Sprinkle finely chopped onions.
* Then generously sprinkle sev all over the puris.
* Garnish with finely chopped coriander.
* Serve fresh..
