Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
12 units Eggs Break eggs and separate yolks from whites
4.5 Teacup Sugar, Table To be beaten with egg yolks.
1.5 Teacup Rava/Soji/"Semolina" Add to beaten egg yolks
2 units Coconuts - fresh. Grind coconut and add
250 Grams Dhal, Chana Boil and grind and add
1.5 Grams Butter Add last
5 Ml. Rose Water Flavor with Rosewater

Method

Beat  yolks with sugar, add Soji, ground coconut and the dhal, ground fine after boiling. Lastly add butter and whites of eggs well beaten. Bake next morning.
