Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
2 Medium Onions Mince
2 Large Chillies Green Mince
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) Mince
2 Slices White Bread For soaking
1/2 Kilogram Potatoes Boiled
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder For mixing
2 Tablespoon Cheese - Grated Cheddar or powser - for blending
  As Required Salt to taste
  As Required Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Make batter.
  As Required Bread Crumbs or rava. - for coating
  As Required Cooking Oil For Frying

Method

Mince onions, chillies and ginger.   Soak bread slices, and then squeeze out the water. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them.   Now put all these in a blender/mixer and make a good mixture.    Add also the pepper powder, cheese and salt to the blender and mix well.

Make 2 inch rolls, like a sausage, of the potato paste, coat it with the gram flour batter, and then roll in bread crumbs or rava (soji) and fry in hot ghee or cooking oil till brown.
