Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description
1 Nos. Eggs beaten to be beaten and mixed with the Pau.
0.5 Kilogram Beef - Mince Minced and washed
0.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg powder Powdered
5 Grams Salt to taste
0.5 Nos. Lime (fresh) (Limbu) for taste
2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup for taste
1 Nos. Pau (Goan bread) Shredded.
1 Tablespoon Pepper Powder white
100 Grams Bacon Bacon chopped
100 Grams Cocktail Sausages Chopped

Method

Mix all ingredients into a pulp and mix it with beaten egg and powdered Pau, (Indian bread roll, soft) and again mix it till everything is blended to a fine paste. .

Grease the pan, and put the mixture in a pan, and steam it in a Pressure Pan or Pressure Cooker.

Instead of sausages and bacon, you can substitute these with any processed meat product like salami, made by meat products manufacturers..
