In the previous book, I said, the notes go upwards to the upper sol, which is located above the fifth line. In the same way, they go below the first leger line, and go as far as lower fa.

This lower range is used by singers with the Alto and Bass range. In harmony music, we use these ranges to form the full classical harmony made up of four unequal voices. Equal voices means, either male or female. Unequal voices means, male and female, in which the lowest range is given to men, to form Bass and Tenor. The lower corresponding range in women is called Alto, and the upper range is called Soprano.

Those with the upper range, may find it difficult to sing the lower range. However, if you intend to be a choir master, then you should at least be able to read the notes and play it on the keyboard if necessary.
