Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
2 Tablespoon Corn Flour Dry roast
1.5 Teacup Milk Mix flour in milk
Half Tablespoon Butter Add to heated milk
1 Tablespoon Cheese - Grated Cheddar Add to heated milk
1 Salt-Spoon Salt Add to heated milk
1 Salt-Spoon Pepper Powder Add to heated milk

Method

Dry roast flour in a heavy pan. Remove, keep aside to cool. 

Mix cooled flour in milk till smooth and lump less. 

Heat milk in pan, add butter. Add milk paste, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir continuously till it boils. Boil till thick like sauce. 

Use as required.
