| 1 | Teaspoon | Ajinamoto |
| 10 | Nos | Chillies, Green |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Salt |
| 6 | Tablespoon | Soya Sauce |
| 10 | Tablespoon | Vinegar |
Method
Chop chillies fine, put in a sauce pan, add Soya sauce, vinegar, salt and Ajinomoto. Boil till chillies loose their colour
