Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Dessertspoon     Butter warm the butter
1 Tablespoon Flour, All Purpose stir in the flour
1 Teacup Milk add the milk and boil
1/4 Teacup Milk Cream (Malai      ) add
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder add
1 Pinch Nutmeg powder add
  As Required Salt add

Method

In a deep pan, warm the butter, and stir in the flour by sprinkling little at a time.  Then add the milk and boil well stirring all the time.   Keep the pan down and add the milk cream, pepper and nutmeg powders, and add salt to taste.
