Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
200 Grams Tomatoes grind tomatoes
6 Nos. Pepper Corns grind with tomatoes
1 Piece Cinnamon (Dalchini) grind with tomatoes
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) grind with tomatoes
5 Nos. Cloves (Lavang) grind with tomatoes
3 Medium Chillies Red Dry grind with tomatoes
  Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) grind with tomatoes
  As Required Salt to taste
  Little Tamarind or one spoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon Ghee For tempering
4 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Fry in ghee, crushed.
3 Teacup Water  


Method
 

Except  for the ghee, grind tomatoes and all ingredients and boil for half an hour.  
Temper with ghee and crushed garlic.   
This sauce is for temporary use.
