Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Medium Chicken Cut in pieces and washed.
1 Medium Onion Sliced
4 Medium Chillies Green Sliced
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) Sliced or minced
2 Medium Tomatoes Washed, and cubed.
A Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) Chopped fine for flavor
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder to mix
As Required Cooking Oil For frying

Method

Cut the broiler chicken in pieces.  Wash them, and dry the pieces with a kitchen towel.

Prepare the slices of onions, chillies and ginger.   Cut tomatoes in cubes.  Chop mint leaves.

Place a deep frying pan on fire with cooking oil  sufficient to fry the  the chicken.  If there is fat in the chicken it will melt, so you will need less oil.

In another vessel heat oil to fry  the sliced onions, other mince masala and when it  has browned add the tomatoes, and the contents of the other pan with the chicken pieces and fry.  When you feel they are sufficiently fried, put some hot water in the vessel, not to rise above the chicken pieces, and cook, till the chicken pieces are well done.

Serve the dish dry with sauce or gravy.
