Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Kilogram Chicken You can use other meats as well.
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce Marindate
2 Tablespoon Vinegar Marindate
4 Tablespoon Pepper Powder According to taste, can increase
  Little Salt to taste
250 Grams Onion Cut and prepare
250 Grams Capsicums - Green (Simla Mirch) Cut and prepare
3 Medium Chillies Green Slit lengthwise

Method

Wash and  take the entire chicken, add in the Soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt. Keep it for marinating for at least an hour.
Cut onions and capsicum remove the Tip and seeds from the capsicum) into thin long slices.  Slit the greenchillies lengthwise.
Heat oil in a pan and Fry the chicken after its marinated, add the Onions and capsicum and keep it on slow fire for 15 min.
