Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1/2 Kilogram Beef or Mutton - Wash and cut
50 Grams Butter For Frying
1 Medium Onion sliced for frying
2 Medium Chillies Green minced fine
1/2 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) minced fine
2 Nos. Capsicums - Green (Simla Mirch) sliced
1/2 Teacup Milk For stew
200 Grams French beans For Stew
200 Grams Carrots (Gajar) For Stew
200 Grams Potatoes For Stew
1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder Add


Wash and cut the meat into pieces.  Cook in a pressure cooker.  Save the gravy.   Remove from the pressure cooker, and fry the sliced onions and other sliced masala with capsicums in butter.  Cut all the vegetables and wash them.   Put in the pressure cooker with the gravy and boil.   Add all this to the cooked meat.  Add the milk and bring it to a boil.   Add pepper powder and salt to taste and simmer on slow fire.   Serve hot.
