Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
500 Grams Prawns Cleaned, shelled, and deveined.
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For frying.
1 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Add to hot oil
1 Medium Onions Minced. Add to hot oil
182 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste Add to the hot oil
1 Pinch Turmeric Powder Add to the hot oil
1 Teaspoon Dhania Jeera Powder Add to the hot oil
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Add to hot oil
1 Teaspoon Tamarind Pulp Add
A Little Salt Add
1 Medium Chillies Green Minced. Add
1 Teacup Coconut Milk - Thick Add

Method

Clean, wash and shell the prawns, and remove the black vein from the back of the prawns.

Heat the cooking oil in a vessel, and add jeera till it splutters.

Add the minced onions, some salt and fry till brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste, masalas and tamarind paste and fry.

 Add the prawns fry for a few minutes and then add the chopped chilly and coconut milk and simmer for a few minutes
