Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
25 Medium Prawns Clean and wash
3 Nos. Chillies Red Dry For grinding
1 Inch Turmeric/Haldi For grinding
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) For grinding
  Little Tamarind For grinding
4 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) For grinding
1 Teaspoon Salt For grinding

Method

Clean and wash the prawns, and shell them and remove the black vein.. Apply to prawns the masala ground with salt. . Let it marinate for an hour. 

Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee or oil in a large enough vessel to cook the prawns. When hot, put the marinated prawns and its masala and water. Boil till cooked. Stir and turn the prawns, and boil again till well cooked. Add salt if required to taste. Can add fried potato chips.
