Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil  
half Teacup Coconut - Grated /Desiccated To make paste
one Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) To make paste
Half Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red To make paste
one Teaspoon Turmeric Powder To make paste
Half Teaspoon Garam-Masala To make paste
One Teaspoon Coriander/Dhania Powder To make paste
One Teaspoon Jeera Powder To make paste
Half Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Sliced masala
Four Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Sliced masala
Five Medium Chillies Green Sliced masala
1.5 Teacup Prawns shelled and deveined
2 Small Onions chopped
3 Nos. Drumsticks chopped
0.5 Teacup Pumpkin, White-Green chopped
1 Nos. Radish (Mooli) chopped
1 Nos. Sweet Potatoes chopped
3 Small Brinjals - black shiny -(Baingan) chopped
2 Small Potatoes chopped
1 Salt-Spoon Salt Add to taste
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice Add to taste

Method

Heat the oil in the vessel     Put the ground masala and simmer for a minute .  Fry the sliced masala.
Add the chopped vegetables, onions and prawns   Put water and salt and let it cook
Keep the consistency of the curry as required by adding more water Add lemon juice to the curry  Serve hot with rice by adding required amount of water.    Add lemon juice to the curry just enough to get the desired sour taste.
