Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
  As Required Crabs Large ones. Clean and Boil.
3 Medium Carrots (Gajar) Scrape, wash and boil.
2 Medium Onions Slice
3 Medium Chillies Green Slice
1 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Slice
  As Required Lettuce Garnish
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder Sprinkle
3 Tablespoon Vinegar Add for taste
  Little Salt for taste

Method

Clean and boil the crabs, shell them and shred the flesh. Scrape, wash and boil the carrots in a little water, with a pinch of salt, then slice them. Slice also onions, chillies and ginger. Mix with the crab meat.
In a salad bowl, arrange lettuce leaves, crab salad, and sprinkle with salt, pepper powder, and vinegar.
