Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
6 Large Crabs Clean and use fleshy parts. Boil
1/2 Teacup Cooking Oil Heat oil in a pan.
2 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) add
4 Twigs/Sprigs Bay Leaves (Tejpatta) (Dry Cinnamon Leaf)  
1 Inch Cinnamon (Dalchini)  
  Few Cloves (Lavang)  
2 Teaspoon Garam-Masala  
  Few Pepper Corns  
2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder  
1/4 Teacup Onion Paste  
1/4 Teacup Ginger Garlic Paste  
  As Required Salt  
1 Teacup Water  
1/4 Teacup Curds  
1/2 Teacup Tomato Puree  
1/2 Teacup Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) chopped


1.Clean the crab and use only its fleshy parts.Boil it for 2minutes.
2.Heat a pan add oil.
3.Now add whole jeera,bay leaf and whole garam masala.
4.Add all other masalas and fry it for few minutes untill oil removes from pan.
5.Now add crab and mix with all masalas.
6.Add water and turned to boil.
7.Coverred it for 10 minutes in a very slow flame.
8.Garnish it with fresh corriender and serve hot with rice or chapaties.
