Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
0.5 Nos. Coconut (Narial) Scrape the coconut, and grind
1 Ball Tamarind Ground Masala
1 Salt-Spoon Methi - (Fenugreek) Ground Masala
1 Salt-Spoon Turmeric Powder Ground Masala
0.5 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Ground Masala
1 Teaspoon Coriander(Dhania) Ground Masala
2 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Ground Masala
3 Medium Chillies Green Sliced Masala
0.5 Inch Ginger (Adhrak) Sliced Masala
3 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Sliced Masala
1 Medium Onion Sliced Masala
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil Fry the ground masala
12 Nos. Lady Fish (Kane) Clean, and Wash and cook

Method

Scrape the coconut, and grind it with the other ingredients into a fine paste. Prepare the sliced masala of green chillies and onions, to be fried as seasoning.
Fry the ground masala in the same oil, and add a little water to make the curry, and mix a little salt to taste.
When the masala is properly cooked, put the washed and cleaned Kane (ladyfish)  in the curry and simmer it for three or four minutes

Note:

You can use other fish like sardines, mackerels etc with this masala.
