Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Kilogram Mutton cut in small pieces
100 Grams Mutton-fat For cooking meat
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) tender - sliced
2 Tablespoon Sugar, Table to taste
  As Required Salt to taste
400 Grams Potatoes or carrots.


Cut the meat into small pieces.. Keep mutton in a large vessel, on the fire in  mutton fat.   If there is less fat, add ghee or hot cooking oil.   Continue  till it is brown.   Then add sliced ginger, The  water should be above  the meat.  Cook for one hour then add sugar, salt and vegetables till vegetables are soft.
