Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1, 1/2 Teacup Water For boiling
500 Grams Mutton Cut and wash
100 Grams Potatoes peel and cut
2 Teaspoon Ghee Heat
1 Small Onion sliced for frying
100 Grams Tomatoes Cut in cubes, and fry
2 Teaspoon Vinegar To grind garam masala
Half Teaspoon Garam-Masala cloves,cinnamon and cardamom - grind
1 Tablespoon Ghee Heat
2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder add
2 Teaspoon Flour, Wheat - (Atta) To thicken the gravy
  As Required Salt to taste
A Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) garnish


Cut and wash the meat and peel the potatoes and cut. Heat the ghee in a vessel on the fire and brown the sliced onions then add the tomatoes and stir, put meat. Close and allow to cook in its own gravy. When the meat is dry pour three cups of boiling water. Simmer for one hour, then put potatoes.

Grind garam masala:cloves,cinnamon and cardamom in vinegar. Heat the ghee and brown the masala, stirring all the time. Then put the cooked meat and masala water and mix well. Simmer for fifteen minutes.
