Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Bundles Methi Leaves Pick clean and cut fine
1/2 Teacup Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Tp knead with baji
1 Teacup Flour, Maida - (Refined) Tp knead with baji
3 Medium Chillies Green finely chopped
  As Required Salt to taste

Method

Pick clean and cut fine, a fbundle of Methi Baji.   Wash well and strain.  Take   wheat flour and  gram flour and knead both flours with methi bhaji and finely chopped green chillies  and salt to taste.

Roll it into chapattis and fry it on a thawa.  Remove from thawa and apply ghee before serving.   

Adding a few minced onions, geen chillies and ginger would make them pungent.
