Ingredients

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
3 Kilogram Flour, Maida - (Refined) Mix all ingredients
600 Grammes Sugar Mix all ingredients
300 Grammes Butter Mix all ingredients
15 Nos Eggs Mix all ingredients
80 Grammes Salt Mix all ingredients
120 Grammes Yeast - dry Mix all ingredients
750 Ml. Water Mix all ingredients
500 Grammes Margarine To apply on dough

Method

# Mix all ingredients , and prepare a soft dough.  Cover it with a wet cloth for an hour.   # Divide the dough in two portions.
# Roll the dough and apply half the margarine and then fold the dough  in 3 folds.       # Ensure the edges are sealed. 
# Keep the dough in a cold room.  
# Roll the dough and cut it.

For Cinnamon Roll:

Roll the dough and apply  water and sprinkle cinnamon powder, raisins and brown sugar.   Roll it like Swiss rolls and bake them.

Top full temperature, bottom low temperature.   After baking, brush them with sugar syrup.
