Ingredients

Quantity: Measure: Ingredients: Description:
2 1/2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil Heat oil.
2 Small Onions finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Garam-Masala  
4 Medium Chillies Red Dry Grind to paste
1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste Grind to paste
1 Teaspoon        Garlic Paste Grind to paste
1 Teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Grind to paste
  As Required Vinegar                        Grind to paste                 
1 Stalks Cinnamon (Dalchini) broken
1 Teaspoon Sugar, Table  
` As Required Vinegar TO TASTE
  As Required Salt to taste
5 Nos. Eggs Hard boiled and shelled


Method

1. Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onions and fry, then add the ground paste and cinnamon to it.
2. Add sugar, vinegar, garam masala and eggs to the curry.
3.Cook till the gravy thickens and serve hot.
