3 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder For mixing
2 Teaspoon Aniseed (Suwa, Shopa) For powdering
1, 1/2 Teaspoon Fennel -(Saunf, Badi Shep) For powdering
1, 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Corns For powdering
3/4 Teaspoon Cloves (Lavang) For powdering

Method

Roast whole ingredients, on a skillet, one by one, and when cool, put them in a coffee grinder, and powder the ingredients.   Add the cinnamon powder and store in an airtight bottle.
Keeps up to 2 months.
