Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1000 Grams Chillies Red Dry Clean, dry in sun, roast on skillet and pound
100 Grams Jeera (Cumin Seeds) Clean, dry in sun, roast on skillet and pound
100 Grams Turmeric/Haldi Clean, dry in sun, roast on skillet and pound

Method

The three ingredients should be pounded and bottled.   

Used two tablespoons of this masala and mix with 8 flakes of garlic ground with vinegar to form a paste.   Add to salted meat with a little more vinegar.
