1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder, Red
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Salt-Spoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vinegar

Method

Blend all into a paste. Use it for applying on fish or meat which is to be fried, Leave it aside for some time, after applying the paste, and before frying the fish or meat.
