25 Large Prawns Clean and wash
  As Required Salt for taste
1/2 Bottle Vinegar for grinding
6 Large Chilly Paste, Red For grinding
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) For grinding
3 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) For grinding
  Little Turmeric Powder For grinding
  Little Tamarind For grinding
4 Medium Chillies Green For Mincing
3 Large Onions For Mincing
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) For mincing
1 Pods (whole) Garlic (Lason, Losun) For Mincing
  As Required Cooking Oil For frying
  As Required Curry Leaves (Kadi patta) For frying

  Method

Clean and wash prawns.   Apply little salt and keep for one hour.   Grind the dry masala in a little vinegar.   Mince the green masala.   

In a frying pan, in hot oil, fry prawns and remove.   

Heat oil in a vessel, add curry leaves, when brown, add minced masala.   Stir.  When soft, add ground masala, vinegar and salt to taste.   When weel boiled, add the fried prawns, simmer for little time and keep down to cool
