1 Large Cauliflower (Phool Gobhi) boil the florets
0 Little Salt add
3 Tablespoon Vinegar Or Lime Juice
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) Mince
3 Nos. Chillies Green Mince
4 Nos. Onions Make round onion rings.


Cook the cauliflower florets, in boiling water, with salt as desired.   After these are  cooked, remove from water, and separate the florets and spread in a salad bowl.

Peel and slice round  onion rings.   Mince  the green chillies and ginger finely.  Arrange the onion rings on top of the florets, in the  salad bowl, and sprinkle over them, the finely minced  green chillies and ginger, and sprinkle vinegar on top, with a little salt to taste.    You may use some salad dressing if you like.

Some prefer to wash the rings, to remove the tangy taste.
