Quantity Measure  Ingredient Name Description
4 Medium Potatoes  
2 Teacup Curds lightly beaten
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red  
1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder powdered
4 Teacup Water  
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice  
  Few Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) fresh for garnish, or parsley
  Little Pepper Powder  


1. Boil the potatoes with water on medium heat for about 15 minutes or till done. Cool. Peel and cut into cubes.
2. Now add the potatoes, half of the red chilli and cumin seed powders, salt, sugar, pepper and lemon juice to the lightly beaten yoghurt. Mix well.
3. Decorate on top with the remaining red chilli and cumin seed powders.
Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander / parsley.
Serve chilled.
