Ingredients

3 Small Potatoes Boil, peel and mash.
2 Medium Chillies Green mince
1 Medium Onion mince
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) mince
1 Dessertspoon Vinegar or lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Paste for mixing
  Few Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) wash and mince fine.

Method

Boil the potatoes, and  peel the outer skins and mash the potatoes into a paste.   Mix the minced chillies, ginger and mustard paste, with the vinegar and toss the potato paste in it, and mix well.    Top it up, with a little salad oil and add salt to taste.

Layer the paste in a salad dish, and garnish it with minced herbs.
