Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Small Potatoes rund - boil, peel and slice
1 Medium Onions peel and slice into onion rings
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or salad oil - topping
1 Tablespoon Vinegar or lime juice - topping
1 Tablespoon Milk Cream (Malai) topping
1/2 Pinch Pepper Powder topping
25 Grams Garam-Masala topping
  As Required Salt topping
1 Teaspoon Sugar, Table topping


Boil the potatoes, peel them and make round thin slices.   Peel the onions and make thin onion rings..   Make a topping of oil, vinegar, cream and spice powders, salt and sugar.   Mix the slices of potatoes nad onions in the topping and lay in a salad bowl to serve.

Can add garnishing of green herbs.
