100 Grams Teel. (Sesame Seeds)  
400 Grams Macca flakes  
400 Grams Pea Nuts (Ground Nuts)  
50 Grams Salt  
100 Grams Chilly Powder, Red  
Quarter Kilogram Coconut Copra Thinly sliced and fried
Quarter Kilogram Dhal, Chana  
Half Kilogram Beaten Rice (Poha)  
100 Kilogram Sugar, Table  

Method

In a deep frying pan on the fire in plenty of boiling cooking oil, fry required quantity of beaten rice, stirring frequently till brown and crisp.  Remove it on a strainer.  Throw away over burnt and black grains.   Similarly in the same oil, fry gram dhal till brown, remove on a strainer.  Then fry ground nuts and macca flakes and copra in the same way.   Broil on a tawa Teel seeds and keep aside.

Mix all the fried ingredients, together in chilly powder and powdered salt to taste
