Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Teaspoon Flour, Gram /Chana Ata Mix to form dough
1, 1/2 Teacup Flour, Maida - (Refined) Mix to form dough
3/4 Teacup Curds Mix to form dough
1/2 Teaspoon Soda bi-carbonate Baking soda Mix to form dough
1 Teaspoon Ginger (Adhrak) Finely chopped Mix to form dough
2 Medium Chillies Green Finely chopped Mix to form dough
1 Pinch Asafetida (Hing) Mix to form dough
  As Required Salt Mix to form dough
1 Teaspoon Sugar, Table Mix to form dough
3-4 Nos. Curry Leaves (Kadi patta) Finely choped
  As Required Cooking Oil For frying

Method
Mix all the ingredients (except oil) into dough. Dough should not be very very thick or very thin. Leave the dough for around 30 minutes. Make small balls of the dough and drop into hot oil.   Deep fry.   Serve hot with chutney.
