Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
15 Slices White Bread Left Over bread slices
2 Nos. Tomatoes t tomatoes into cubes.
1 Nos. Onion Slice lengthwise
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil For frying
1 Teaspoon Chilly Powder, Red Fry with bread cubes.
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder Fry with bread cubes.
A Little Salt Fry with bread cubes.
1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala Sprinkle
A Few Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer) for garnishing.

Methods

Cut the bread slices in to small half inch cubes. Cut tomatoes into cubes. Slice onion lengthwise. Put some cooking oil in a handi, for frying the onions till they turn pink. Put tomatoes in and fry till they turn soft. Then add the chilly and turmeric powders, and add salt taste with the masala. Now add the bread, and stir and fry till all the bread pieces absorb the masala. Now sprinkle some Chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves if you have.
