Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
1 Teacup Dhal, Masoor Wash the dhal and boi
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil Fpr seasoning
1 Medium Onion Sliced for seasoning
4 Flakes/Cloves Garlic (Lason, Losun) Crushed garlic for seasoning
3 Medium Chillies Red Bedki (short variety) Broken chillies, for seasoning
1 Ball Tamarind Add for taste
  As Required Salt For taste

Metjhod

Wash the dhal and boil in a pressure cooker.   Make seasoning of one sliced onion, crushed garlic and broken red chillies, and add the cooked dhal to it, and add some salt and tamarind  pulp to taste.
