Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Teacup Water to cook
1 Medium Chicken Clean and cut the chicken
3 Nos. Cloves (Lavang) Crush the cloves
1 Inch Cinnamon (Dalchini) Crush
6 Nos. Pepper Corns Crush
1, 1/2 Medium Onions slice for boiling with chicken
2 Tablespoon Ghee For tempering
1/2 Medium Onion Slice for seasoning
  As Required Salt to taste

Method

Clean and cut the chicken, and crush the cloves, cinnamon, pepper corns and slice the onion, and boil for one hour.  Strain, and temper the soup in ghee and 1/2 sliced     onion.    Remove the meat and fry it seperately in a frying pan, and serve with sauce.

The soup may be served with toast or bread.
