Quantity Measure Ingredients Description:
3 Teacup Water to cook
1 Piece Pumpkin, White-Green Cut, wash and boil
1 Piece Cucumber (Kakhdi) Cut, wash and boil
1 Medium Chillies Green Cut, wash and boil
1 Piece Ginger (Adhrak) Cut, wash and boil
a Few Mint Leaves (Pudina) Cut, wash and boil
  As Required Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Vinegar or lime juice
1 Teacup Garam-Masala Mix
1 Tablespoon Ghee For seasoning
1 Medium Onion Slice and ffry for seasoning
1/2 Teacup Milk or coconut juice
1 Teaspoon Flour, Wheat - (Atta) Mix

Method

Cut and wash the vegetable pieces, and boil in water for about half an hour.  Add salt to taste, vinegar or lime juice, and the spice powder.   When the vegetables are soft and fully cooked, smash the same into a pulp and continue to boil.   Strain the contents.  

Season the broth in hot ghee, and sliced onion.   Mix milk or coconut juice gradually, and stir.  Mix fllour.  Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
